Incubation:

Nomad begins our process with a detailed discovery session with our client and our top event consultants. In this phase we ask many questions and make detailed assessments. Our “Event Recommendation” Documents begins the planning process.

Planning:
Now that we’ve assessed and analyzed an enormous amount of information it’s time to begin the planning phase. In this stage we create detailed specification documents for our employees and other outside vendors. Site surveys are made and venue selection begins. It is in this phase that we identify success factors so we can measure ROI for our clients.

Execution:
Execution is where the hours of planning begin to take shape. You have transformed your idea into a workable plan and now it’s simply time to execute it. All the players have been lined up, timelines in place, and the event planner orchestrates it all.

Post Production:
Hitting the target is what it’s all about. The methodology that we practice insures that our clients achieve their original goals. We believe that “If you can’t measure it, you can’t manage it”.
